October 2007,  LABORATOIRES MAYOLY SPINDLER signed a partnership deal with SALIX PHARMACEUTICALS, an  American leading firm specialized in gastroenterology,  for the marketing in France of Osmoprep, a new patented product for colonoscopy examinations.
